If someone says "Well God bless you". It basically means get screwed.
 
biscuits and gravy is a meal in the south,not for me. Still a northern boy :lol:
I’m half hick and I’ve got to say, I do love a lot of southern food. Grits with biscuits and gravy are a great way to start the day.
 
My girlfriend and my best friend (sisters) have family in Arkansas. We used to go back every year for family reunion. Man, I LOVE the food, and there's always lots of it!

Don't eat seafood taken from local rivers.

BBQ joints are usually good, but most every other food joint serves fried food.

Mexican food restaurants outnumber BBQ joints by at least five-to-one. Some have fried ice cream.

Find a restaurant owned and operated by a Greek family for phenomenal food and great service.
 
In the South "Hosepipe" means Garden hose.
