Is there such a thing? A Mopar that hasn't skyrocketed but is still cool in your opinion. It can be a Mopar that needs an engine swap as long as it isn't a big deal.
An under valued Mopar????

There have been some decent 62-65's on this site seemingly not sell at decent prices lately. Some bargains perhaps
Yeah.. 62-65s you can still get surprisingly good deals on.. although i would stick to 63-65.. 62s have some weird stuff and parts are very hard to find
What's changed since the 80's is 66/67 have gone up noticeably, as have some 63-65, and 67-72 Darts, Barracudas, Dusters and Demons and 64-66 Barracudas.
73/74 Chargers have gone up as well, but are somewhat inconsistent.
72 Charger is now a full member of the "desirable" club, rather than the "everything past 71 sucks" that used to be the mentality.

I"m not sure which body designation aspens fall into but over the last few years really kinda started liking them, but rarely see any for sale. Needs to be minitubbed and sitting right though

Can still run into stuff like this... can't see much but if it's a 2 door it's an insane deal (or could be pure rust... but just sayin..)
361, 383-2 and 400 cars (especially 2 barrel) can still be values, but some are gaining fast.
360-4 cars are also now recognized for the most part for what they are, and no longer shunned as "nowhere near a 340".

Just looking out of curiosity at whats for sale out there now... stuff like this '69 dart, if it's near as nice as it looks is a smoking deal still

I saw a guy at Carlisle last year with a 1978 (?) Volare Road Runner. He had swapped a Hellcat engine into it, and had done a super clean, nice job with it. I'm sure it surprises a lot of cars as it leaves them in the dust!
Point is, with an engine swap, I wonder if these will start appreciating because they look the part of a muscle car. With a Gen 3 Hemi they might be a desirable car?

As an investment? I doubt it... i think we will start seeing prices of even really desirable cars start dropping bad in the next 10 years.. a lot of car guys are already dying off and younger gens don't care enough to prop up the hobby/prices.. just my view on it though
I feel the same way bout almost anything after 1972 (even cuda/challenger... bad grill/taillights) but this one changed my mind on volare/aspen.. problem is they only look good setup for racing.. I know hes a member here..
