Got it....dunno how must've been when I threw phone against the wall.

Click on your username, click on "account details". Scroll down to whatever you want to change and hit save when you're done.

are you using vpn? is the phone using cellular or wifi?

Doesn't matter if you're using data on a phone or wifi. Desk top same deal.
