Getting close to getting out of here! Even got it right the first time, stops in the correct spot for a hand swing...

Easiest way to check prop tracking on a float plane while snugging bolts. You can move the tips over 3/16" just on the order you tighten bolts.

3/8th bolts... get 220 INCH pounds. 18 ft-lbs.

Two quick test runs and stops in the right place both times! I get lucky once in awhile...

Ya it'll get wired.. my back called it a day at 5:30. Wood prop.. 18 ft-lbs on Grade 5 AN bolts. If it was a metal prop that would boom up to 27ft-lbs..
