Grandson has started high school baseball. Hudson pitched the first 3 innings he struck out 6 and had no hits. His bat was working pretty well triple, in the park home run,and double at the last at bat. He just finished 8th grade and the coach made him tryout for varsity. I am happy he chose not to play varsity as a utility player, just cause you get a jersey doesn’t mean that you play. If you dress for varsity you can not play JJV (8th and 9th) So he starts JJV and JV. They are undefeated after 6 games and have only allowed 4 runs. These boys have played on a traveling team since they were eight. The school he goes to is a Catholic school and about half the varsity team was there for the 10 am game cheering and throwing batting practice.

Ricou Browning, who played the Gill-man underwater, was a student at Florida State University and a lifeguard, and the film was partially shot at Wakulla Springs in Florida.
