WTB Looking for another car that tickles my tastebuds

Was that spring green color available on a Charger? I have seen it on Road Runners and Superbees, but I don't recall seeing it on Chargers. Chargers were F6 green.

Yes it was. My first Daytona was that color & there used to be someone here from CA who posted pictures of his Charger driving around to different places. Here's one I grabbed off the interwebs.

It looks like F6 in that picture. I remember spring green being slightly darker. It was a code 99 special order color if I remember correctly.

1968 Plymouth GTX 440 Convertible

Garage Kept Motors is pleased to offer this super rare 1968 Plymouth GTX 440 Convertible. This vehicle is from The John Staluppi Cars of Dreams Museum in Palm Beach, FL, one of the finest car collections in the world. If you?ve never heard of Mr. Staluppi, it would be worthwhile to look him up. Plymouth only made 881 of these GTX Convertibles, making it highly collectible, and even more so being a former Cars of Dreams museum piece. This vehicle came from the factory finished in Sable White (code W) paint with a matching white soft top over a White (code S6W) trim. It is powered by the original 440cid/375hp 4bbl V8 High Performance engine mated to a console shifted 3-Speed Automatic transmission. When Plymouth released the GTX, they rightfully named it The Gentleman?s Muscle Car. It had plenty of power when you put your foot down but also some nice refinements, such as power windows, power convertible top, and air conditioning. The car also features wood trim, power window switches in all seating areas, front bucket seats, center console, Coker redline tires, full spare tire, dual exhaust, dome lighting, original AM/FM radio, boot cover, and remains rust free. This factory Triple White GTX with the Super Commando 440 is the real deal. A garage-kept example worthy of any collection. Be sure to check out all the photos and video on our main website: Garage Kept Motors. Call if interested or e-mail with any questions. Thank you for looking.

Once I can get the pics to load, I would have a better idea of a reasonable price. Cuz 80g's aint guna happen for this motor.

Not to say I wouldn't LOVE to own it. Just not at this level.
Btw, anyone want a Newport and a Dart as a package deal so I can clear some room??

I saw that. Nice car, but at 187 large..... I don't think so.

I did see that last week & it does interest me. The car looks pretty clean, but a few things I see wrong are ...

70 K-frame & disc brakes
Electric choke on carb - wrong carb?
Shitty paint job on top of dashboard
Needs a grille & radio dash face plate
electronic ignition added
Looks like the carpeting should have come up higher under the dash.
Looks like the bottom rear of the driver's door sticks out beyond the quarter.

The fender tag does check out ......

I think in today's market, their asking price still has some wiggle room in it, but how much? With shipping and getting the car to my standards (because I'm such a picky bastard), I can see another 6-9 grand being spent.
