Yes, the Coronet is basically a 4 door Charger with an extra 3" of wheelbase. Lots of good suggestions on the door already, just be sure to carefully research any shop you go to, if that's the route you choose. Far too many will beat it close and apply a half-inch of bondo. You definitely do not want that. Mechanically pretty much everything is the same as the Charger/Satellite/Roadrunner/GTX as they're all the same basic car with different exterior sheet metal.
I have a '71 currently, and my first car (a lonnnnnnng time ago) was a '72 big block ex-patrol car Coronet.
The current '71... I rescued it from a wrecking yard here locally in August of 2023. Hadn't been running in a lonnnng time.
When these cars were new, it was the 2 door cars that were considered "SuperCars". The term "Muscle Cars" came along later but always referred to a 2 door car with some performance oriented engine.
It wasn't until many, many years later that 4 door cars started getting built with performance in mind.
Young guys today often use the term Muscle Car when referring to almost any cool classic car. My 14 year old nephew wanted a "Muscle Car" to fix up so I asked him what he liked. I showed him three cars I had in the yard. One was a 72 Duster, next a 4 door 69 Dart, the 3rd was a 76 Dart Sport. He liked them all about the same. It showed me how WE older guys grew up around a culture where 4 door cars were NOT cool and that ONLY 2 door cars were fitted with big engines. Nowadays, the newer 2 doors are the vast minority. 4 door cars started getting cool in the late 80s with the Chevy Impala SS, the Mercury Marauder, the 2006+ Dodge Charger, various BMWs, etc.
4 doors can be cool.

It's also why you can often pick up a 4 door for far cheaper than it's 2 door brother currently. I picked up my Coronet for about 1/10th what a similar condition Charger/Satellite would usually cost here (also borne out by Hagerty's price guide). As more younger folks get involved though, that's changing.

Already scrapped stuff I shouldn't have. Can't sell big parts to east coast because shipping $$$.
