The writer of that article is overly generous with the value of a restored 440 Daytona.

Hemi Daytona's are in a different sub-set and level.

I wouldn't use the sale of a 440 Daytona for very much benchmarking purposes.

no, just a regular guy who worked at a small factory in the area where I grew up he's owned it since the 80's, always had it and drove it around all these years.
