Have any of you guys changed your relays and limit switches yourself 0n 66-67 Charger, without having to spend $400 on those eBay kits?

The 66 and 67 limit switches are different BTW. And it's the motor rebuilds that'll get ya

Very nice guy.
I was checking out the headlights today. As I was checking, with the headlights on, I was getting some slight clicking from the relays. Also I found this on the driver side, which is stuck half way. I couldn’t find the connecting lead for it.

What are the symptoms of the limit switches or the relays? I put 12 volts to the driver side door, and it worked both ways. Not so much for the passenger side. It seems like its stuck. How do I test for the relay or the limit switches?

Should the driver side have a limit switch on the top? The reason I ask is that the passenger side has a limit switch connected, but the driver's side does not. I cannot find a connector to hook up to the wiring harness. You can see what I mean in an earlier post.

I just tested my motors, and they do work. but one side may be missing the limit switch. I have a disconnected lead from the harness, but nowhere to hook it up to.
