It's factory AC truck too, D100. Who puts a heavy utility bed on a D100?
A 73 should have the same grille or very similar to the 72....first year for the independent front suspension and the new body style.

Sadly I sold off all my old school Dodge trucks. I had the 79 Little Red Express truck, the 78 Little Red Express truck, the 96 Indy Ram and the 75 Dodge shaggin wagon!
Yup, not hard to swap in a different grille. Did that to my 74 when someone ran a light and peeled the old grille off. I stopped and they hit the brakes and the crown of the road let the car slide towards me making contact in with their passenger door and going down the quarter panel. Glad I saw them coming!

My 76 Dash & Grill.
Looks to me like 74-5 and 6 used pretty much the same grille. IIRC, the 77 used vertical parking lights in the grille with clear lenses and 78 used the amber??

I have seen both clear and amber on the vertical parking lights on 77-78 not sure if the model made a difference

That side trim is made of unobtainium. I lucked out with mine having all but the drivers door but can't believe I found one on fleabay. Also found the "Custom" bed emblems. These pics are from 3 years ago when I got it.

If I knew that the trim had value to someone, I would have saved it. I don't like throwing away stuff that people can use, even if it isn't worth much money.

You could have got a several 100$ for it. I think I paid 50$ just for the drivers door trim 3 years ago. The wheel well trim is worth more...
