Anybody know where i can purchase a correct Power Steering Pressure Hose for a 1970 Hemi Roadrunner with a Federal pump ?

Thanks Larry

If you have the old one, maybe there is a place locally that can redo the line for you. I was able to have a local place here redo my A/C lines.

Well, did you go back to Steer and Gear and say it was wrong? What did they say?

After looking closer it might fit, but the tube bends on the pump side look completely different than what i am replacing

Look for custom hose shops, some have a huge variety of fittings and crimp on tube with the fitting on it. If you have a good sample would be ideal to take to them BUT the material would be wrong and fittings would be Parker or something else. Unless you want NOS!

thanks for the suggestion

And, it is possible that your old one was not correct, but did work.

Hose is not correct. At the steering gear should be a 90deg brass fitting so hose attaches horizontally instead of vertically like yours. I am not sure anyone repoped hemi hoses. Anything wrong with yours?

Its old, and since i am replacing the pump i thought i would also replace the hose, the one i bought from S&G looks different but i think it will work

What is wrong with pump, looks fine. DO NOT lose the pump pulley. It is hemi only for 69-71. Changing to different pump/pulley will cause belt line up issues.

it did not have enough pressure at low speed & it leaked so i i bought another one without a pulley
going to use the same pulley

If anyone has a lead on one of these hoses NOS I am interested and will happily pay whatever you want.
This is one of the last things needed for our 70 Hemi Roadrunner resto
