440 Source Distributor Swap Cluster

Is it possible it's been starting on run power all along but now with new dizzy it won't start on run power. Need to check and see if it's getting start power to the coil when cranking. Brown wire on end of ballast resistor should have 12v coming from switch when cranking.

Its Mopar check it prob the issue

I'm just going the have to chase each wire and verify if they are going where they are supposed to and providing the power and or connection they are supposed to. The electronic ignition was in when I bought it so I'm not sure what all they did, but it does work as wired.
There's a couple of cruise nights coming up so break time. I take the 64. Not as nice as the Roadrunner but it's still a MOPAR. Thanks for all the responses, I post what I find in the future.

Dizzy needs full 12v , ECU needs full 12v ,ECU is getting 12v but dizzy is not with this set up.
Using the 440 Source dizzy I would by-pass the ballast ( full 12v to coil) and use an internal resistor style coil. The factory style coil needs less voltage or it over heats thus the reason for a ballast.
Newer style resistor style coil does not need a ballast and will send more voltage to the dizzy to function.
This is what an MSD system would do.
This is the way I would go with 440 sources dizzy

Thanks. I will try that. The part that throws me is that it will fire and run great in the run position. Much more responsive dizzy, better looking too. I was thinking that the cranking is just drawing too much power from my cheap old remaned battery to crank and fire at the same time. How many ohms and what is a good brand internal resistor coil like you are describing?
