Hello, I need some help in identifying missing linkage or incorrect steering column used in my 70 dodge charger 500. When putting it into park, I need to rotate the shift housing collar just below the steering wheel to be able to turn the key into the OFF position and remove the key from the cylinder. Rotating the shift housing collar moves the shift tube and lever assembly in the engine compartment that has nothing connected to it. Is there a linkage that should be connected to the trans? The setup currently on the car is:

70 Charger 500
Floor shift (Not column)
727 Torque Flite

Thanks to all in advance and looking forward to getting some help!
