I'm especially interested in seeing driver/passenger side pictures of 1970 Chargers with the standard and optional outside mirror configurations. A front picture of the car showing both mirrors would be great too.

I haven't a clue of what was available for '68 & '69 models.

I believe the following configurations were available on 1970 Chargers:

1) Standard manual, round chrome driver mirror. No mirror on passenger side.

2) Left remote, round chrome driver's mirror and manual, round chrome passenger mirror.

3) Painted "sport" mirrors; driver remote and passenger manual. If possible, a picture of an EB5 car would be great!

4) Chrome "sport" mirrors; driver remote and passenger manual. Like @Triplegreen500 gorgeous car:

T.I.A. for your comments and pictures!

Background:
The passenger door of my EB5 blue 1970 Charger 500 was replaced after owner #1 exited the expressway and merged (literally) with a car on the frontage road. The door (and fender) are not original to the car. Therefore, I see no "problem" with installing dual mirrors on this car. I don't know which dual mirrors I will like the most, or like the least. That's why I am asking for pictures.

Yes, I'm searching for pictures on my own too. Especially, the painted "sport" mirrors.

About the only picture I have of my red Charger showing both mirrors. It seems all my pictures show one side or the other.

Not the best view of the painted sports, but here goes...

More chrome the better I say. I was never a fan of the painted sports mirrors. That is what I love and miss about the old 50's cars, all that chrome.
See, one side, or the other.

Gorgeous car!

The chrome mirrors go well with the wheel well and rocker panel trim along with those OEM wheels which I like too. I like Cragars as well.

My car came with the wheel well trim, but not the rocker panel trim.

In addition chrome bullet mirrors look ghetto. They should be painted and always one for the passenger side too.

Thanks. Yeah, it's not bad for still being unrestored and over 254,000+ miles. 205,000 by me. It had 49,000 on it when I bought it. Hell, that may have been 149,000 back then? Which would make it 354,000.

Cragar's on one side, Rallys on the other.

My 70 Charger with painted sport mirrors. Not all exterior colors were available with painted. Some exterior colors were chrome only..not painted. The 70 Charger registry has a bulletin with the color options.

Well, I learned something new today. I never heard of Sport Mirrors for the '70 Charger, let alone painted ones. That said, I prefer the basic non-Sport chrome ones. Mine only has the driver side remote mirror.
