Looking for a correct AFB for a Non Hi-Po 63-66 383 with auto trans. Not sure if the same carb is used on std 4-bbl applications as is used on Hi Po application. Carb from a non police C-Body would be correct. Note California carbs were different due the Cleaner Air Package. If anyone has the Carter numbers, that would be helpful too. Also a stock intake manifold. Thanks in advance

The Carter numbers are in the parts books. If you don't have the parts books download them from mymopar.com. I had that carb, actually a few of them, but sold them all to one one some years ago.

Looks like you are looking for a 3860S.

Actually that was for a B Body. The 383 C body used the 3856S but the 426 C Body use the 3860S. Which one exactly do you want? These are from the 1965 parts book,

And if you are looking for a stock manifold good chance I have one, but would need to check.

I have a 66 cast iron 4 bbl intake.
But shipping might be expensive.
I have no idea where you are located.

Shipping would be to 46845. Wanting to put a 4-bbl on my 383 - 2bbl motor with a TrogueFlite behind it.. Don't want to over carb or use a Hi-Po manifold due to the mild 2-bbl cam, just looking for increased mid range performance.

I got the carb number for a '66. Going to the manifold section 1859300 would be the manifold I an looking for. Thanks.

In my experience, the 4131S is a fairly common AFB at swap meets. 1966 carb, but almost any Chrysler AFB (fuel inlet at left rear of casting) will get the job done. The same rebuild kit will cover quite a few different list #'s.
