My neighbour to the East, helped me build my house during covid. I will say nice things about him, if he dies before me.
My neighbours to the West, are seldom seen. They do zero yard work, or house maintenance. Thier place is becoming over grown. The house is faded. The neighbours to the North and across the street, are loonie tunes. Their existence will not end well. My new neighbour to the West of the Loonies, is a good guy, who is in the process of building a new house.
My friend Ozzy David has been doing a bunch of work on this project. Demolition started today. Otherwise this quiet neighbourhood is mostly sane.
David, Kevin the new neighbour, and myself all have sail boats. Wot a coincidence.

I am looking for only the rears, i have the fronts. I have had an ad posted here for a while.
If you get multiple responses let me know please.
I know we can buy new, but i prefer not to.
