What's it Worth 1969 Super Bee on BaT

4speed is a modern anti theft device! Drum brakes mean just you just gotta know how to drive it..!
You like triple pickle

That is a great looking Bee! I won't talk you out of it. The green w/ white stipe is a great combo. 4 speed? I wouldn't care one way or another.

Please talk me out of bidding

Need to see the Broadcast Sheet if it's available.
Need to see pictures of partial VIN stampings on body
Need to see pictures of where the door jamb and rear quarters are joined.
Need more pictures of underside.
Need pictures from when it was restored.

Need at least $62,000

Just occurred to me; can you add a modern AC compressor to the air grabber set up?

I think if you use a Sanden compressor it’s a go. I would only buy a Sanden !

The 1970 Boss in one of the pictures sold yesterday for $69,255. I assume this car probably has a reserve in the 60s.

I registered to bid and reached out to the seller to contact me by phone or text. Received a email from the widow telling me she knows very little about the cars and the estate is selling. She said to ask questions and someone may get back to me. I asked about any history, restoration info/photos, and items not functioning or repairs needed. I'll let you know if I get a reply.

Currently, there are 4 bidders. Two of them are new to BaT and the other two look like busy bidders and buyers of other cars.

The care sure has a deep oil pan. It would be nice if they added some videos of the car starting, idling, and driving.

Not much info from the seller

Hello again! I do not know when it was restored and therefore do not have any pictures of the restoration. My husband bought it at an auction as it is. There is nothing to my knowledge wrong with the car. I will have a video of the car running hopefully tomorrow or Wednesday.

I searched for WM23H9E161047 and
WM23 H9E 161047 & didn't find any old ads/auctions.

With the rust repair shown in just the trunk and drop offs, I don't think I would even gamble giving them what it is bid up to already. Probably just me of course, but I bet there is more that wouldn't be up to snuff in my book. This car really needs to be inspected in person if you are going to be throwing bids at it.

Runs on my phone. Idle speed is a little bit high. Sounds tame.

I wish people would use high fidelity recording equipment
