The first time I ever heard an audiophile quality stereo was when the tune-up mechanic and I went to his house for lunch. I was interning the summer of 78 at Jack Clark Dodge in OKC with Uncle Frank to see whether I wanted to be an auto mechanic; I didn't after that.

Anywho, we listened to the first two songs on the Crime of the Century LP. He had it cranked to 11 but it was crystal clear. That little girl's scream on School scared the pee-waddin out of me.

FWIW, my dad had the Breakfast in America LP in his record collection along with other albums of that era like Zeps In Through the Out Door, London Calling from the Clash, Hydra from Toto, the Cars Candy O, The Wall. Good tunes in a bygone time.

Any Supertramp fans on board here? I always enjoyed their music and still have some of their songs loaded up digitally to continue to do so. Sadly, Rick Davies will not be down this morning. The rock band of the Heavens is starting to become quite a group!!! RIP Rick...cr8crshr/Bill
