If that rallye wheel is a 14" but the rim is bad, you can machine the center out (if it's good) and weld it into a 15" rim....

I love 70 Charger R/T's enough that I see no reason not to rebuild that one. A lot of cars that look better initially need everything this one needs anyway. It just has to be done right is the problem.
