Don't forget Deathproof (Nova and Charger); and not only black ones; Dirty Mary, Crazy Larry comes to mind.

I honestly can't think of too many other cars that appear as intimidating as a 2nd-gen Charger, except maybe one of those Lincolns with the suicide doors, or a Grand National...but I don't think I've ever seen a movie with a GN as a "bad guy" car.
