Yes, did the engine & K frame drop, rear axle etc and cleaned it all up for her, but she'll probably never drive it again now that she has her '67 Baracuda Formula S, 383 x 4 gear. Son in law likes driving the Dart though....
Awe yes, Another car I love
I had the '68 Barracuda Formula S fast back,
GG1 green bucket seat interior 383 4 speed
(he did headers a purple shaft 292* DC cam/Rhoades lifters, DC DP383 intake, DP Holley 750),
he ordered it with 3.91:1 gears, had the old polished Halibrands kidney slots,
w/60's staggered tires, smaller front, bigger in back (that barely fit)...
I inherited from my Great Uncle's son, he ordered it, bought in like Nov 1967,
just before he went back to VietNam for his second deployment
he was a Marine/Navy, several tours, then reenlisted & went back as a Green Beret/Army...
He didn't see it until he got back my dad's uncle Tink,
his father, another Marine, then Army, Green beret, but a Col.,
took delivery of it, John was a clone...

I grew up with that car, I loved it, he was sort of a big brother, like 11-12 years older
a good male figure in my life when I was in my teens & 20's
I got it when I was in my 20's (he died of complications/illness from stuff in VietNam)
I should've & wish I kept that one... :BangHead:

Looks like I'm less than 4hr away....that's a achievable goal! Can't do it this time unfortunately!

If only I could talk her into removing that '68 lower stripe!!! 3800 mile original car, repainted. Sat in an Alberta dealership showroom for over 40 years and they painted it two tone...
Is that Jamacia Blue B7 ? (can't tell by my screen)
looks like white (?) guts too, or light tan, anyway very cool car

Well if the weather does this again next year, and it did last, we'll have to make this a yearly thing. I've got one A body member and Wife that are staying here Sunday night.. we have a few other empty bedrooms!

Id love to but schedule prohibits right now.
Shows as 4hrs 41 minutes.
That's doable.
I'm hoping to make it to the cohocton fall festival.
It was fun last year.

Well. Who knows what would happen at the border? 2006 going to a TDC meet in Jefferson City Missouri with our current car. US Customs/border people asked where we were going. I happily said Jefferson City to a 66-7 Charger Meet. Then they said what State? Never thought of other Jefferson Cities elsewhere.
In school we knew every State, Capital and all the Presidents. And were proud to know it. Our Provincial school education systems demanded it.
I do not know about the other provinces.
