Wouldn't surprise me if that's what happened.....but how much psi will a new regular fuel line take? IIRC, my mid 90's Dakotas put up around high 30's.Only time I've seen a fuel line 'burst' is when someone used regular fuel line in an efi application. And it wil let go with a vengance.

I'm talking about the hard line. I've always called flexible hose....hose but that said, the mid 90's Dodge's flex lines were able to take at least 50psi for the injection system on those.EFI hose? 100 psi if I remember correctly. Reg hose? No clue, maybe 20?
