413 deck height and head alignment

friends of mine are recreating a nostalgia dragster for display purposes only, will 426 hemi heads bolt up to a 413 along with intake? thanks for your help.

Non running, at all?
Then yes, a few of the head bolts align (middle and outs8de row of bolts). Enough to bolt together to keep pieces from falling off, certainly NOT enough to actually run.
413 wedge, and 426 hemi deck heights are the same (within tolerance, that is.)
