Clarice is ten years old today! Of course, since she is a "Staffy", she has slept 8-1/2 of those years!

Just a little over 2 weeks now with Hope. She spent one day with us at the Hershey car show. We bought a large cart you push from behind but she insisted on jumping in the little “tray” part. So many people asked for photos, she was like a movie star there.. She walked, ate, drank and slept from 9-5. Then slept comfortably on my wife’s lap and the console on the way home.. She then spent a few days down on the Chesapeake camping of course she grabbed a mouth full of sand.. but thankfully no accidents in the vehicles or the camper. Side note I forgot how sharp puppy teeth are as my hands look like I ran them through a rose bush…I also forgot about the zoomies and puppy POWER!! lol

The dogs make my daughter feel loved when she comes to stay. She insists on sleeping on the floor also.

Our cat Lucky still doesn’t like Hope.. She hisses and runs. Tried holding her to show her Hope and she freaked out.. I hope one day she will have a relationship like she did with our other Heeler Panda…

One of the cats and one of the dogs (RIP Pinto) would hiss/ growl at each other. Then I walk in and see them sleeping with each other, when there wasn’t a person to compete over they just wanted a warm body for nap time.
