personally I would want the block checked out at a reputable machine shop. Most of these engine were beat on hard, I have seen blocks with cracked main saddles, blocks that have had .250 cut off the deck surface, blocks filled. I had a 70 hemi block years ago that was standard bore but it had been lighten up and the sides machined so much it was cracked down both sides.
Once it's a known good block you can then get a much better idea of an actual value.
I also see in the last picture it does have a pad for the vin stamp, can you please see if it has a vin stamp on it?
