WTB WTB 340 water pump 2951571 date for T/A

I have one that was removed from a ‘70 AAR Cuda. I believe it was the original as I got it from the guy who restored the car. It’s dated 69 reading it I believe it’s the 3rd week of December. That’s how I see it. Let me know as I could be wrong. Thanks.

Hey thanks for helping out. The pie chart looks like it has dots in 10 sections. Kinda maw out the other two windows. And originally coming from an AAR would be right on. I’m getting close to finishing my engine for my AAR. Sure fits the bill from what I see. Can you send me another couple of pics of the pie chart if possible and the back side, thank you!

I should have put my glasses on and checked it out closely. I saw the 3 dots off to the right of the 9. I didn’t see the other dots in all the slots! Here are the photos you asked for. I will send you a DM..

Sent.. At least I got the 3rd week right! Lol Never really dated water pumps before as the Big Block ones are easy to do.. Thanks.

Ok. I use a small soft wire brush to see it better. I will post it here so others can learn and see how it’s dated. I see one blank “pie slice” maybe 2 as one is on the line. Three dots in a few of the pies… so 3rd week of November or October is what I would say..

Yea I see two dots in what would be the November ray, or maybe even n the December ray. But it looks good Brett, send me your PayPal email in a DM and I’ll get you paid

Ok then you can send a US Postal Money order.
As I stated, I only pay with PayPal goods and services with new acquaintances. I’ve not dealt with you before sir, and I don’t know you and I’m sticking to the rules here. I’ve offered extra payment to cover the small fees so you get paid what I offered. I shouldn’t have any reason not to accept the water pump as you’ve described and photos and delivered, so there is no reason for a hassle.

Ok sorry we can't make a deal. You have NO FEEDBACK here while I have YEARS of it. Ask away if anyone on here would be "afraid" to send me PP as Friends/Family or a US Postal Money order. I don't know you and you can easily scam me out of it for any reason. Also, it just seems odd someone who all of a sudden tries to friend me on Facebook over a used water pump. Kind of weird isn't it? Also you say on Facebook you are from Illinois and on here it's Missouri. I told you I knew I recognized your name and I believe this is exactly what happened before. I also don't like the way your thought to make this public for some reason that I won't accept YOUR terms on buying MY parts. It's no problem and good luck in your search. I try and help people out and don't need the "hassle" as you say.

Way way more said than needed. I have property in Illinois as well as Missouri. You’re taking this so personal and completely unnecessary. Jsut want a water pump Brett, not gonna pay friends and family end of story sir. I’ll find another one. You’re the one acting like you’re gonna get screwed, by accepting my payment. That’s what don’t make any sense. And yes right here in public for all to see. This is ridiculous lol

LOL. You took it here NOT ME now YOUR "the victim". I am just stating the facts of what happened. I could get screwed for any reason with PayPal by anyone who pays that way as they side with BUYERS even fraudulent ones. I had it happen to me many years ago. Guy thought after I sent the part and gave him tracking it didn't arrive on the estimated day VIA USPS (not my fault) so he contacted Paypal and they took the money instantly. He told me it served me right for it taking longer that stated and thought that was funny. So I contacted the Post Office and PAID to put a stop on delivery and had it marked as return to sender BEFORE he got it. Cost me double the shipping for nothing but at least he didn't get the part. So understand why I don't accept it that way. I am true car guy who just doesn't deal in senseless nonsense like this. Again it's unfortunate we could not make a deal and good luck in your search.

Yea I get it Brett, unfortunately we both have had bad experiences with dealings like this. I truly hate it. I’ve no intentions whatsoever on screwing anyone over. I’m at the very last part search for the water pump before painting my engine. Lotta members on the AAR T/A Facebook page know me well for years and we all follow each others posts and activity. I’ve made lots friends all over the Mopar community, so wish there was some way we could find validation, because I, like you have been screwed with sending unsecured funds. Open ended payments leaving me with ALL the trust. Hope somehow we can find it to be friends Brett.

I will respond DM as NONE of this should have been put here.
