Can anybody tell me what year pickups and vans had the 5 on 4 1/2 bolt pattern 15" wheels that will accept the early "B" body hubcaps?

I know the 65 to 68 ones did

I think the 79s had 5 on 4.5.

The bolt pattern is easy enough to find, but I am not sure about fitting the early "poverty" or "dog dish" hubcaps.

Why not epoxy some later small hubcaps inside the earlier big ones so that they fit current wheels available from places like Wheel Vintiques?

15x8's are dirt cheap through Summit Racing and you can get pretty much any size you want.
