Ya it was. Changing direction. With a down turn on it's way I'm downsizing. We're going to get the truck to the point of all sheet metal finished then I'm selling it. I'll take it in the shorts but all focus will be on the Willys.
There are alot of them out there. Majority are fiberglass all or in part. Interesting fun fact: when we're done this piece will be all steel. No fiberglass no bondo. Not even glazing putty....
Man, I have no idea. It'll be full interior, no heater, no ac, no power seats, no radio. There's a lot of steel in the frame and the driver train will weigh a ton... probably between 35 and 3700??? About the same. Much shorter wheel base though.
Been soooooo darn busy with life , havent been to the sight or posted much except a couple things yesterday. Heres an update on the willys. Got the engine from NRE and the boys got it bolted in so Jim could finish up the hood and scoop. Shaker style.
