I’m looking online, and where do I find these please? Layson’s has a bunch listed, but not sure what I’m looking for. Mega Parts doesn’t have them, Classic has a 1/8 flanged acorn thread cutting nut.
How do these 69 side reflectors install? Tried tightening the nut but it just starts spinning and doesn’t tighten.
DadsBee, I followed your thread, but doesn’t help with the obvious I’m missing. Or am I using the wrong nuts? I didn’t see any 69 specific ones.
I had a similar issue with my 69 Bee rallye fuel gauge. Sender checked out fine as did the sweep test. Sender is also grounded to frame. I took the gauge cluster out, cleaned the circuit board with a brass wire brush, and retightened the gauges. And ta da, my fuel gauge now reads full when...

Just added them to my 69 Bee without knowing if they came originally. Tired of the scattered seat belt look.
However, my front belts aren’t long enough to reach the clips without really stretching them out all day, and my size doesn’t require all that belt.
So I f’d myself doing this idea. Drilled the hole decently, started the tap and tried backing it out to clean, and f’ing broke the tap off in the hole. F’d up both sides, broke two f’ing taps in the holes. Tried tapping for a 6-32 screw.
I need to tear into my seat and see if something is wrong. Your arm looks much closer to the bottom cushion than mine. Need to see if I can push the pivot stud out further because at this point I probably can’t even get a push washer on.
