I was thinking that 8 bolt extended flange cranks continued to be used in some industrial 413 even after it was discontinued in cars and light trucks in '62. What do you know about that?
I rarely see F/M police cars anymore in the yards but I'm going have to remember that about the iron biscuits. IIRC, if the F/M biscuits are swapped front to rear, they can be used on '73-later B-bodies.
I know this isn't what you are asking, but I would cut a hole in the drum to get access to remove the 5 bearing retainer nuts, pull the axle with the drum attached, do what you have to do to get the drum off, and change it to slide on drums. A lot of work initially, but easy to do brake work...
