....not sure why people said to take it to a shop, are you willing to buy some tools and learn? It definitely takes a few times to get it right! If you were anywhere near me I'd help...
If you're replacing the pinion bearings just make the old ones your check bearings. I've used a pinion depth tool before but didn't have much luck, it was all over the place. I use "check bearings" and keep taking patterns. It's the worst part about setting up a new gear set.
Man rough. Me and my son were mountain biking Sunday morning and he landed a jump wrong and broke his wrist. 9hrs in the hospital on a Sunday, sucked....he's handling it very well though.....wishing yours a speedy recovery
You guys are crazy, I change my tires after 5 yrs...6 tops....tread depth means jack.. they are rubber and degrade no matter the mileage!

I have one of each and the asymmetrical still weirds me out! I always feel like the vehicle will fall back at any moment! Of course I've had zero issues but when I buy my 3rd 2 post it will a symmetrical!
