I am in the process of restoring my 71 charger and want to see what people are saying about single stage paint or base/clear. I am painting butterscotch,once the car is finished it will be stored inside. My painter will use whatever I want. I appreciate all the input.

The car has been inside my shop for the last 2 years which was damp the wheel was a cheap aftermarket tuff wheel. The rest of car has a few spots but overall very solid. I will post more pictures if you want or I can send them to you thanks

I live in Alabama where titles are not required or available before 1974. I have a 73 roadrunner that I am trying to sell to someone in Arkansas and he is concerned Arkansas may require a title. Does anyone have any information on this? Thanks
