I tried that at 1st, put a little silicone on washers to hold them in place, but got impatience waiting for it to get tacky enough to stay in place, just my experience
Yep except mine are from Jegs, I had a issue with pulley not lining up.
If you do use them, the best way to line everything up is, cut the heads off a couple of bolts, screw them in as a guide. I fought trying to line shims pulley and fan up at the same time
Check mancini racing if considering plate,
My pros with plate is, more header clearance, plus no fighting with motor mount lining up and crawling under the car to put bolts in or out.
Always this was on a race only demon, with removable front clip
Hello are, do you have to remove the windshield to get the dash out, or can it be done without,
I need to do some wiring under the dash,
Just thinking it might easier on a bench vs on my back
Just my opinion, I would use the TF 240's instead of the 270's, especially if more street than strip. That extra flow won't get used, and you'll still have a strong motor
A side note, if your current 400 is external balance, and you get a kit from 440 source, make sure it's external balance also, or you will have to swap convertors
OK, now that I thinking( scary) the guy at Jegs may have brought out a 295/65, and set it beside the 315, sales guy has a 67 also,
When do you plan on setting it on the ground
