I’ve seen people slide it over the tire iron, and not the loop in the floor. Not sure what’s correct.

Hard to tell the detail, does it all match the small dash end pieces? Almost looks like it has a carbon fibre pattern. The 68, is the only year, that has the defroster in the cluster, as well as the square hole between the large gauges at the top.

68’s have the defroster in the cluster. It looks like it has lines. 69 has pebble grain.
