SPD B07 fits well with a 164xxx VIN from 68 LR
So WS23J8A164738 is viable.
Wrong MC for '69 Coronet with PDB. The lines exit the MC on the engine side for the PDB application.
B41 would not be on the tag. B51, if so equipped, would be but but does not for this car.

in 1969, it was NOT possible to order an 'engine upgrade' pacakge from a standard 330 horse to 335 horse in a B body such as a Coronet 500. The Orange 335 horse with automatic was only available in the Super Bee and Road Runner meaning you did not...

Body style 322, the 3 position is punched out of column 19, the 2 out of column 20 and the 2 out of column 21 to give us code 322 as indicated in box D BODY...
