That’s a beautiful car but I think I’m gonna hold off to see if a new Viper is coming out. I probably still couldn’t buy it for a couple of years because of the crazy mark up the dealers will probably want
Hate to bring up an old thread but I thought this was funny. Was talking to a buddy about redoing some lower control arms and this thread popped up, weird. I dont know who Chris Campbell is but these are my pics I did years ago lol
Hopefully they’ll give the Hellcat engine a revamp and a major diet. Was considering a hellcat swap and couldn’t believe the engine is an absolute boat anchor on the front end. The hellcat weighs more than my old 7.3 powerstroke in my farm truck and over 200 more pounds than a GT 500 predator...
Maybe so but Why would I **** an extra $5-$7k down the drain when several people have done it and regretted it? Thats all I need to know. I never see anyone bragging how awesome their Hellcat swap Coil over set up handles lol.
Did you use a nylon or a 2 piece roller set up? My Mancini water pump basically sets against my timing cover. My builder says he still likes using the Nylon vs the 2 piece roller. I don’t know how he had the end play set but it all looked great.

Ive ran the old box and ive got a 24 box also. My old box hissed like a snake and leaked oil. I replaced the old box and pump last year and its alot quiter than the old one. Ive never experienced any belt squeal with either one. Anyone with extreme hissing ive been told wrapping the column with...
It will handle alot better. No matter how much you stiffen up the front end with a coil over it wont handle very good and put a set of huge brakes on it also. Its crazy that the 6.2 Hellcat weight almost 900 pounds. It weighs about 200 more pounds than an all iron 440. Handling may not be...
Go over to Hellcat Sawp on Facebook and those guys can give you a part number and everything. Holley was or somebody was making a different style manifold, along with the forward motor mounts you could still use a 3-speed. I hope you kept your T- bar set up.
I hope you have good luck with those. Heres the ones i went with, Johnsons. The price hurt lol. I bought these off of a guy named Bob Madara aka Marine Kinetics.
