Got the 727 in my Road Rumnner back in and it works great now. The problem was that the POS "Boss Hog" Torque converter took a major SHI... and shot metal thropugh the trans. I ABSOLUTLEY DO NOT RECOMMEND These Torque COnverters, THEY ARE JUNK. I had less that 2000 miles on one...
I havea 68 Road Runner with a 727 that I rebuilt about 1 year and 2,000 miles ago. It is now having problems. I have noted the fluid totaly fouled with aluminum and the trans wouls not shift into any gear when hot. It was flushed and found that the fluid was like sludge in the bottom of hte...

2) Eldelbrock Performer 383 INtake Manifold

I plan on entering my 68 Runner and my 74 Duster in the Mopar in the Park event. Mybe some of you can stop by and say hello. I am trying to tune these monsters and am not really up to par. I can build them, but making them sing I need help with.
I ordered a 700 CFM carb from Summit and they sent me a 800. I have a pretty agressive cam from Comp Cams and the heads are a set that were ported by a racer here locally. The speed shop sold them to me as the heads I got with the engine (In a box) were not very good. I can not recall the...
