Can't tell by looking at the pics, but if the threads have merely broken without splitting the seat material you could probably remove cover and resew. If the threads have ripped through the material the only choice that I know of is to replace panels affected with matching material or get new...

Thanks for the info. I just repainted it black today (darn) because it had some rust pitting that didn't get fixed when it was painted. Nice and smooth now but I might have to redo it.

I'm restoring a 1970 Super Bee and can't find any info about the arm at the lower end of the steering column (Shown in pictures). There was no linkage connected to it when I disassembled the car, only a wire holding it in the down position. I would appreciate any info, schematics, or drawings...
