I eventually found some online that helped, and I went ahead and replaced the rubber out back. It seems to be staying dry now. I'll have time tomorrow to check, now that we've had a couple days of light rain. I've also just picked up a new car cover, so that will help as well.

Thanks! Once I get the new separator, I'll have all the pieces to put it together and get it running on it's own again.

I should specify ... I'm just looking to get the stock type mechanical fuel pump right now. Not worrying about electric pumps or other upgrades until I get the car sorted out and reliable.
