    3 inch tubs

If you've got more pictures or details on this i'd like to see em. Considering doing this on my 69' bee. Is it just rolling the edge of the fenderwell, or do you have to modify the outer wheelhouse as well to gain the necessary height? How much clearance do you have to the frame and to the...

    Hydro Brake Booster score!

Hey, This is a long shot since this thread is 6ish years old, but i'm looking at doing this upgrade to my 69' Superbee but it seems as though most of the smaller companies doing these have stopped and Hydratech is now the only one in the game. Do you have a write up on what you actually did...

    69' Coronet/Bee Carpet Install

Installing carpet in my 69' Bee and trying to decide how far back to trim it for the door sills/scuff plates (car had no interior when I bought it so have no reference). Does anyone have pictures of how far the carpet wraps up towards the doors and/or under the extensions for the back seats...

    383 timing

Apologies, you are all correct. The motor did get pulled from a 73' C-Body but was not original to that car either. Casting number is 2468130-11 and stampings under the distributor of G383, 3 2, E. Which should be a 71' 383 made March 2nd with a cast crank. If my research is correct.

    383 timing

100% agree, I run 87 ethanol free in it (seems to run best in old iron and small motor stuff) and the motor (pulled from a 73' C-Body) is stock minus the intake, cam, and carb. Just looking to see if i'm in the ballpark before I dive in completely.

After years of searching, I finally found a 69' bee project that i'm gonna rip into. Have been a member of the FEBO for years, look forward to learning more about these old beauties.

    383 timing

Not trying to hijack this but i have a similar issue. 383, roughly 10.5:1, Edelbrock 750 and performer intake, Hughes SMC2942BL cam. I'm also around 5200ft in elevation. Initial timing is set at 22 and idles right around 900rpm, and it seems pretty happy there. I'm new to the 383 but that...
