    906 heads vs 250

Hello, I have a pair of “250” heads on a 383 engine that I just bought, are these similar to 906 heads? Should I swap them out for 906’s if I have the opportunity. I’m planning for pretty much a stock build on my ‘69 Super Bee Thanks

383 block with a cracked mount

I started going over my 383 block that I picked up last summer and I found an area with a small crack/chip where the bellhousing connects to the block (see photos). This is my first build. Will this be a huge issue to fix? Should I try to find a new block? The block will be going into my ‘69...

1969 Super Bee, too far gone?

Thanks for the input I appreciate it. I’m looking for a restoration project to do at home not necessarily a numbers matching spot on original restoration, I’m ok with using fabricated/non original parts...still something I should stay away from?

1969 Super Bee, too far gone?

So my last Super Bee I was interested in fell though (the guy was real sketchy about showing me pictures or videos of the car and I couldn’t justify a wasted 16 hr trip to check it out). I have my sights on a new project and I’m looking for some input: 1969 Super Bee, original numbers matching...

1969 Super bee am I paying too much?

Thank you guys for all the info, I am still waiting on more pictures and will post them as soon as they come in. This will be a long term project, I’m not looking for a 100% original restore but I want something that I can be proud of once I finish. I’ll keep you guys posted.

1969 Super bee am I paying too much?

Thanks guys, he is sending more pictures I will post as they come in, I’m not sure about the duct work, I noticed the spot behind the right front tire, I’ve got to find out more about that. I believe it is an original 4 spd. I was thinking 15k was a bit high

1969 Super bee am I paying too much?

I’ve been talking with a guy that has a non numbers matching 69 Super bee. He lives 16 hours from me so I haven’t seen the car in-person yet. It needs full restoration. He claims it has almost no rust and is solid but is not a matching numbers car (383 and a 4 spd in it now) He wants 15k. I’m...

WTB Looking for a 1968-1969 Coronet Super Bee

Hello, I am in-search of a project car. '68-'69 Coronet Super Bee, I live in Maine and most cars up here have major rust issues so I am not opposed to having one shipped. It doesn't have to be a matching numbers car but a good solid project is what I am looking for. I am not good with bodywork...
