    2 step with footbrake automatic

Having done this in the past, I made a bracket that clamped to the brake pedal arm that the switch mounted to, so there was little risk of stepping on the switch at the other end of the track. It was a momentary type switch. What I found was the switch response was too slow, causing reaction...

How in the H did I break this?

3M panel bond will fix it, rough the bonding surface a bit clean it really well and it will never come off again.

Missed this during my preseason check. Glad I found it now.

Doug, good catch that could have been the wrong kind of exciting! I have a question, how did you fix your toe change during upward travel? I see you have bump steer ends for your outer tie rod ends. I have the same issue with toe change on my charger, mine also changes a 1/2" with 4" of up...

Thank you. Yes, I have 2 hoods. I had the fiberglass hood made for drag racing purposes. I agree the bulge hood is much better looking. But fiberglass hood is a big weight savings and cold air functional..... Sacrifices must be made

Oil pick up openings depend on what?

I used to run my oil pick up [stock type] just off the bottom of the oil pan until I had a pick up break off at the thread base of the pick up. The pick up needs to touch the bottom of the pan or be supported, vibration can cause fatigue in the weak portion in the threads and the pick up can...

71-72 b-body street cars...what are you running for tire/wheel sizes

A rather large tire will fit these cars. I have a 30x9x15 mounted on 8.5" wide wheels with 5" back spacing. No tire rub. On the front I run a 29" tall tire with a 4" back spacing.
