I'm going to be putting a Gear Vendors Overdrive on my '65 Satellite (383 w/ 727).
I was told by Gear Vendors that they only have a unit to fit the post 1966 and later torqueflight.
Not a big deal, just need to source a newer trans. My question is whether or not my current torque...
I know it's been a while since I posted... but wanted to give an update:
I had a polygraphite bushing set from PST installed on the front and it is muuuch better. Couldn't get an alignment quite right because the control arm is slightly bent, but it drives well enough for now... I'll fix it...
