new 456,457 springs with ext.hangers-- now body below tire down on rim. 15x8 4.5 bs 275-60r15 tires. how do i get it back up??

67 Belevdere 2, 1969-440/727, 323 suregrip. Just bought it a couple weeks ago, fixing a few things, wiring ,light etc. Then cruising time!
