I had the same problem with Comp Cams roller lifters, sent them back 3 times.. took my new build apart twice before I just gave up on them, I too bought a set of Howards and they worked right out of the pretty packaging..
lost my *** on the lifters and pushrods..
I had the same issue, fuel would dry up and flow back to the tank .. I installed a fuel check valve in the line and it solved the problem .. usually fires up after a couple of seconds of cranking now
A member here suggested this stuff concerning fuel problems, [Sorry can't remember who it was]
But I tried it and Damned if it didn't make my car run a whole lot better.. I'm in California and we have 10% Ethanol in our gas. I was having issues of the fuel boiling out of the bowls ,
It was great meeting and talking to you, Your car is amazing.. The way they sandwiched you in that lousy spot wasn't cool... It's also amazing that a huge car show like that and there were only a handful of Mopars there..
It can't be bad, Every little punk with a Honda or Mustang is marking up all the intersections here
I'm sure if it were bad for their cars they wouldn't do it..:edgy:
