I got the second hand removed but it took way more force than I thought it would. I thought it broke coming off but I think it’s ok. I’ll install a quartz conversion kit. Thanks for the response.

Thanks. That’s what I thought too. I’ve installed quartz conversion kits in E body rallye clocks and the hands pulled off easy. This second hand on this tic toc clock is really stuck on. I’ll try again today. I’ve had a small fork like tool underneath with some decent force and still no luck...
