    69 Road Runer resto

I am working on a 69 Road Runner. It is stock with all matching numbers except the engine which is a 71 383. Would it be worth my time to build a motor that is dated 69 for my car. I can get a 69 HP block for $400 and rebuild it but I am not sure it is worth the effort and money. The 71 in my...

    1968 Roadrunner Restoration

You need to remove the tac and send it in and have it rebuilt. When you do that you can specify for MSD ignition. I had mine done. These factory tacs are not very accurate. Mine is slow reacting but is within 100 rpm.

    Temperature gauge problem

I did not use any sealant on the new sensor and I went to the battery for the ground for the ohlm check. I will check from the sensor to the motor in the morning. My gas gauge works but is an after market sending unit with the gauge reading 5/8 when the tank is full. The factory oil sensor is...

    Temperature gauge problem

I am trying to get the original temp gauge to work in my 69 Roadrunner. I have grounded the sensor line and the gauge will peg high. I installed a new sensor and tested the ohms on it which showed ~110 ohms at start up and dropping as the engine warmed up. The gauge does not do anything when...
