Dana went in slick as can be. Drive shaft shortened 1&1/2", 1350 yoke end welded on, shaft balanced. Piece of cake. Thanks for the tips!

Set up, never been installed. Searching now for "pinion angle" on the board lol.

About to swap out the 8.75 in my '69 Road Runner for a Dana 60. Dana is set up as a bolt in exchange for the 8.75, so aside from drive shaft shortening, are there any other potential hiccups I should anticipate? Seems I may need to replace a drive shaft end, is this correct?

Unless you had some other goodies come out with the disassembly, you may be missing some components...this pic from the '69 Satellite service manual.
