Update ! got the car in on Saturday and all that is leaking is the gasket on discharge port of the compressor. Now I just need to order the gasket. Seen a few on the net, some steel and some composite. Any preference on what gasket to use?

I installed a new under dash unit in this car about 10 years ago and it's been cold until this very hot summer. I replaced the condenser, drier ,and flushed the system when I put the R134 in it.

Don't know yet this is just something one of his buddies told him. He's bringing it by the shop this weekend so I can give it a proper diagnosis.
