On the rear shock upper mounting bolts for my '69 Charger - Are there supposed to be washers ?
The car was a basket case when I got it, lots of random hardware barely holding it together.
I bought the shock hardware kit for it, front and rear from Mega Parts.
There are no washers included for...

Thanks, it figures that it should have come with the hose. That's the problem with buying parts, and installing them months or years later. I can't really go back and complain now, especially since I'm not 100% sure where I bought it.

True, but it can be done with a little ingenuity... Some guys complain about restricted access under the middle of the car. I've had good luck by using the lift to put the car up on my tallest Jack stands and sliding the lift out from under the car sideways.
