The 70 seat will not bolt to a 69 track and vice/versa. The hole pattern on the bottom of the 70 seat is different than the 69.

I cut it out of a piece of 1.250 X 1.250 X .125 wall tubing I had laying around. I think I came pretty close to the real thing. Here it is bolted to a piece of aluminum bar stock so that I could clamp it in place for welding. Thanks again to Dutchrebuild for the pictures and measurements.
